Lacy Looney is a Senior Master Trainer for Lagree Fitness, Pilates instructor, and founder of LAYCILATES. Internationally recognized as one of the leading educators of the Lagree Method, Lacy has spent the last decade coaching clients, mentoring instructors, and shaping the future of Lagree worldwide.
Lacy is known for leading energetic, high-impact classes that push both clients and instructors to discover new levels of strength, endurance, and precision. Her teaching blends technical expertise with motivational energy, creating an environment that challenges the body while inspiring the mind.
Beyond the studio, Lacy travels the globe hosting certifications, mentoring instructors, and sharing her passion for the Lagree Method with communities worldwide. With every training, she brings her mission to life: to inspire and empower others through movement, discipline, and connection.
