Slow Resistant Training (SRT) is a full-body workout that blends strength, endurance, cardio, balance, and flexibility all in one seamless session. At Sculptd, our SRT classes are performed on the reformer, a machine designed to keep your muscles engaged through slow, controlled movements that protect your joints while maximizing results.
